Our agriturismo is located in Torria, in the municipality of Chiusanico, in the upper Impero Valley, at 437 m (1,433 ft) above sea level. It enjoys a very pleasant location, 15 km (25 min. drive) from Imperia, the provincial capital, and 17 km (30 min. drive) from the nearest beaches of Imperia-Oneglia.

Our agriturismo is nestled in the tranquil village of Torria, home to 100 inhabitants. It can be reached from the A10 motorway, exiting at IMPERIA EST and heading north along the SS.28, a road that crosses the entire valley. Turn right onto the SP.29, 2 km after PONTEDASSIO, passing through the villages of Gazzelli and Chiusanico (the municipal capital). Further up, always on the right, before the Zerbino tunnel, is the SP.95, and after 2 km, right again, the SP.29, arriving in Torria from the north, uphill side.

The Torria property consists of two adjacent apartments, overlooking a beautiful Mediterranean garden, arranged on two levels: the upper level, where they are located, and a small lawn below, overlooking the road.

A typical village house in the Ligurian countryside, the ideal place for those seeking a relaxing, tranquil, sunny, and fresh air-filled holiday surrounded by nature.

We call ourselves “L’ULIVO di SEMPRE” (THE OLIVE TREE OF ALWAYS) for two reasons:

– to remind everyone that the olive trees that adorn our valleys and represent our source of sustenance are trees with the potential to live for thousands of years, almost eternally;

– because in the same building where the two apartments now stand, until the year 2000, our family restaurant, called “L’ULIVO,” was located.

In fact, our passion for good food, gastronomy, fine wine, and friendly, attentive service, combined with our love of music, has remained with us.

The two apartments are a two-room apartment, called “BLU,” and a three-room apartment, called “VERDE,” with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a double entrance.

The “BLU” apartment, very bright and airy (with three large windows and a French door), measures 42 m² and can accommodate up to five people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen and a double sofa bed, a triple bedroom (double and single bed), and a bathroom with a shower.

The “VERDE” apartment is much larger: 65 m², equally bright and airy, and easily accommodates six people, with three beds. The living room is smaller, with a window and a French door leading to the entrance. The first bedroom has a window overlooking the garden, while the other bedroom even has a French door leading to a porch, also in the garden, which can serve as a second, independent entrance if needed. In this apartment, both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower next to them, a particularly convenient feature for greater privacy.

In addition, both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, equipped for six people, with a four-burner LPG stovetop, electric oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, a complete set of cookware and dishes, a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, etc. – satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

They share a garden equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, a barbecue area and, on the upper floor of the apartments, a large, hyper-panoramic terrace with a 360° view of the entire Impero Valley, in a breathtaking landscape, ranging from the Ligurian Sea of ​​Imperia to the Prealps and Ligurian and Maritime Alps.
